Dear 35W Coalition Leadership,
It appears you may have inadvertently left out reference to sustainability in construction (methods) in the language of the lobby kit. If you did it on purpose, please let me know-- is that substantive, or are you just couching the language and avoiding using any scary liberal words (which I totally understand)?
